Special projects we have been involved in include approval of a Destination Resort named Paradise Ranch Resort and Golf. Our firm served as the Primary Land Use Planner  for submittal and approval of this project. This is a resort approved for 100 overnight accommodations, restaurant and commercial shops, Jack Nicklaus & Jack Nicklaus II designed golf course with 200 single dwellings.

We have also been retained to provide planning and development services for the creation of the Merlin/North Valley Sanitary District. This firm provided the necessary forms and documentation  as well as presenting the application to the County for approval. This newly formed sanitary district will provide sewer services for commercial, industrial, residential, institutional and government development in the Merlin/North Valley area of Josephine County.
